1. Program Description
USA Health Plan Options operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with individuals who have submitted their contact information on our website requesting information about health insurance plans. Messages may include follow-up on your inquiry, appointment reminders, plan information, and agent contact details.
2. How to Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from USA Health Plan Options by submitting your phone number through the contact form on our website and checking the consent checkbox. By doing so, you expressly consent to receive text messages from us at the number provided, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service.
3. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us
- Calling us at (866) 280-2669 and requesting removal
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt back in.

Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are not collected by USA Health Plan Options. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Our SMS program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. Delivery of messages is not guaranteed and may be delayed or prevented by network conditions.
7. Privacy
Your mobile phone number and any information collected through our SMS program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this SMS Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
